Last updated: January 2026. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To use U2 Official Casino Malaysia, you must: be at least 18 years of age; be the legitimate account holder using your real identity; not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of U2 Official Casino or its related companies.

By registering, you confirm all of the above are true. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and close accounts that do not meet requirements.

2. Account Rules

One account per person. Each player is permitted one account. Duplicate accounts — defined as accounts sharing a name, identity document, device, IP address, or payment method — will be closed and balances forfeited without exception.

Accurate information required. You must provide accurate registration information. Using false names or identity documents is prohibited and results in immediate permanent closure.

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. U2 Official Casino is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account unless caused by our negligence. Enable 2FA and use a strong password.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same account/method used for deposits (AML policy). Withdrawals require completed KYC before first processing.

We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending compliance review for amounts above RM10,000 or where unusual activity is detected. Compliant accounts will receive funds within 24 hours of any hold being lifted.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms published on the Promotions page. General bonus rules:

  • Bonuses are issued once per eligible event per player (first deposit, weekly deposit, etc.)
  • Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
  • Real-money balance is always withdrawable — only bonus-derived winnings are locked pending wagering
  • We reserve the right to void bonuses obtained through abuse of promotion systems
  • Maximum bet during active bonus wagering: RM20 per spin/hand (unless otherwise stated)
  • Playing on excluded games during active bonus wagering will void the bonus

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account closure with balance forfeiture:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
  • Colluding with other players in table games or poker
  • Using software bots, automated clicking tools, or scripts
  • Exploiting identified software errors or glitches for profit
  • Chargebacks — reversing deposits through payment providers after using funds
  • Money laundering — using the platform to process illegal funds
  • Any action intended to defraud other players or U2 Official Casino

6. Game Rules and Disputes

Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems are final. In the event of a technical error that produces an incorrect game outcome, we will void the affected rounds and return stakes. No compensation beyond stake return is provided for technical errors.

Disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. We will investigate and respond within 14 days. If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to our licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution authority.

7. Responsible Gaming

We provide self-exclusion, deposit limits, session limits, and cooling-off tools. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details. Use of these tools is your right and we will never discourage you from using them.

8. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be paid out upon request. Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

We may close accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Balances in accounts closed for violations may be withheld pending investigation.

9. Platform Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our gaming license is issued. By accepting these terms, you agree to submit disputes to the dispute resolution procedures described in Section 6.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-platform notification with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
