Occasional delays beyond 10 minutes occur when: (1) your bank's interbank settlement is experiencing congestion — check your bank's service status; (2) your withdrawal triggered a routine compliance review for large amounts (above RM10,000); (3) your account verification is pending. If your withdrawal has been pending for over 30 minutes, contact support via WhatsApp with your withdrawal reference number.
Can I withdraw to a different account than I deposited from?▼
No. For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must go to the same account used for deposits. If you deposited via TNG, you must withdraw to TNG. If you deposited via FPX (Maybank), you must withdraw to the same Maybank account. This policy protects players from fraudulent withdrawal redirects.
Is there a maximum withdrawal limit per day?▼
